Shannon is not just a coach who nods and asks how you feel about things. She's a partner, a problem solver, and an advocate who will tell you what she actually thinks — because that's what creates real change.
She shares openly about her own experiences in hopes they can help you, but its all about what works for you— with ADHD, with mothering, with figuring it all out — because relatability isn't a technique. It's just who she is.

For most of her career Shannon worked in clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner — helping patients navigate complex health challenges with a whole-body approach. Along the way she kept seeing the same pattern: smart, capable people whose lives were so much harder than they needed to be — and people who were so much harder on themselves than they needed to be.
She became a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and Certified Natural Food Chef because she saw how profoundly food, sleep, and hormones affect the body and spirit — and how rarely anyone connected those dots for patients. She trained extensively in bioidentical hormone therapy because she watched women's ADHD symptoms worsen during perimenopause/menopause.
In 2020 she became an ADHD Coach because she wanted to do more than treat symptoms. She wanted to change lives and heal hearts.
